Istvan J.E. Boksay, M.D., PhD., is a geriatric psychiatrist dedicated to the study of dementia and depression in the elderly. Dr. Boksay, a Clinical Associate Professor, is currently Chief of Psychiatry and Associate Clinical Director of the NYU Silberstein Aging & Dementia Research Center, Principle Investigator and Co-investigator for several research studies. In addition to his work at the ADRC, Dr. Boksay is a lecturer at the NYU School of Medicine and teaches geriatric medical fellows. He also has a private practice in which he specializes in the treatment of elderly patients with depression and behavioral disturbances. |
